How Much Can I Earn  Selling Avon ?

To enable new Avon Representatives to achieve their greatest success, Avon has introduced the Pathway to Premier Program – where new reps can earn up to $3300 in their first 8 campaigns and LOADS of FREE gifts and incentives.. (Each campaign equals a 2 week selling period).  Check it out:

You earn Bonuses two ways…

Avon is accelerating your Pathway to Premier with 2 bonuses (the 3rd (and brand new) bonus will be covered further below): Stepping Stones Bonuses and Milestones Bonuses, for up to a total of $2,000 in bonuses within your first 8 campaigns. Premier Level is a Representative with sales of $5,000 to $9,999 per year. This incentive expires once you reach the $5,000 sales requirement for reaching Premier or at the end of your 8th campaign, whichever comes first.

  1. Avon Stepping Stone Bonuses

Stepping Stone Bonuses reward you with $20 for every $200 in sales you achieve within a campaign. For example: $600 in campaign sales = a $60 bonus. You can earn up to a total of $500 in Stepping Stone Bonuses.

  1. Avon Milestone Bonuses

Milestone Bonuses reward you with a 10% bonus for every $1,000 in cumulative sales during your first 8 campaigns, maxing out at a $500 bonus for $5,000 in sales. For example: $1,000 in sales = a $100 bonus; $4,000 in sales = a $400 bonus. You can earn up to a total of $1,500 in Milestone Bonuses.

The Pathway to Premier program is getting an upgrade and we’re adding a new milestone into the mix—a Mini Milestone! Previously, program achievers would only reach their first Milestone Bonus when they hit $1,000 in sales. Are there any other costs once I join Avon?

The Freebies

Avon provides a free personalized website, online selling tools and as much free training as you want! But there are a few costs that you’ll want to keep in mind, that are just part of running your own business

Standard Fees

Shipping: For each order you place, you’ll pay a shipping fee (the amount is based on the total of your order). However, you will pass some/most/all of this cost onto your customer when you collect the service charge (typically .75 cent – $1) on each customer order. And for customers that purchase directly through your website, if their order is $60 or more, they will receive free shipping, but this cost is passed onto you by Avon. You will see it under Your Account Balance. (So in this example, your customers order is $60: you will earn 25% commission ($15) less $8 shipping fee that Avon will deduct from your profit. Your total commission on this sale would be $7. (Not including any mini, stepping stone or milestone bonus earned). Orders less than $60 placed on your website – your customer pays the shipping fee.

Optional Fees

Avon releases a new brochure each campaign (each campaign is a 2 week selling period specific to that brochure). And although you and your customers have access to free online digital brochures – there are some customers that will want to have the printed brochure to hold in their hands. Prices for brochures start at $6.49 for a pack of 10, and get less expensive the more you purchase.

Also optional – samples, and business tools (Avon branded items like bags, door hanger bags, etc.) Prices are very, very inexpensive and vary by item. You will find these under “Samples” and “Sales and Business Tools” on AvonNow (also known as your back-office).

How Do I Get Paid with Avon?

For your online store sales, sign up for Direct Deposit and you’ll get paid for your online sales 2 business days after your customer’s order ships. That’s money in your bank account you can spend right away! (If you’re not signed up for Direct Deposit, a commission credit will be applied to your Avon account two business days after your customer’s order ships.)

For orders you deliver, your commissions are based on the difference between the discounted amount you pay and the full price your customer pays you. For example, you sell a lipstick to a customer for $10.00. If your commission level is 25%, you pay Avon $7.50, plus tax on the full retail price, and the rest is your profit.

Tip for getting paid faster

Sign up for direct deposit! Your commission for customer online orders will be deposited in 2 days. Without direct deposit, Avon will mail you a Mastercard Prepaid card that will be automatically loaded each time Avon pays you.

 

How Often Do I have to Place Orders?

Order as often as you want, whenever you want! Our most successful Representatives place orders each campaign (every 2 weeks), as well as share their online store link for 24/7 sales and commissions. To keep your account active and to stay up-to-date, you need to either place an order, or have a customer order thru your website, at least once every 6 campaigns.
